Adele reveals her mental health is very good as she takes it day by day
Adele has revealed that her 'mental health is very good at the moment as she went live on Instagram from her home in Los Angeles.
The 33 year old, who recently responded to the backlash she got when she posted a photo on her Instagram and sparked a cultural appropriation row, took to social media to go live with her 40.5million followers on Saturday 9 October.
Adele, who has returned to the spotlight with a bang after sharing two Vogue covers and a new single from her upcoming fourth album, responded to a fan who asked about her mental health.
The singer-songwriter, from Tottenham, London, who appeared fresh-faced with her dark blonde locks in a sleek blow dry, answered the question from her stunning home in Beverly Hills, LA.
In the candid live, Adele said: "That's a good question there. My mental health is very good at the moment I take it day by day and I just address whatever comes my way it definitely helps me feel better if I take my time with it."
Elsewhere in her first Instagram Live Adele revealed that she supported Britney Spears, adding: "Of course I support Free Britney. I love Britney, I met her a couple of times, I absolutely adore her. Really happy for her."
Asked about her 'spark of joy', Adele said: "My spark of joy right now is my two puppies. It's my son's birthday soon so I am really enjoying planning his birthday party.
"It is going to be small and outdoors but I am excited about it so is he."
The Rolling In The Deep hitmaker also gave some insight into her life as she described how her favourite cuisine was Thai and that she was a huge fan of Amy Winehouse's song Take The Box.
It comes after Adele teased her highly-anticipated comeback to music by sharing a sneak preview of her new single earlier this week following her last album, 25, which was released in 2015.
Meanwhile Adele sent her fans into meltdown as she posed for a new stunning British Vogue and American Vogue cover and gave her first interview in five years.
Taking to Instagram, the superstar shared the first image of the gorgeous photoshoot where she wowed in a plunging yellow Vivienne Westwood corset dress adorned with a Tiffany & Co. diamond brooch.
During the interview, her first in five years, Adele spoke about the end of her marriage to Simon Konecki, her 100lbs weight loss and her new boyfriend, Rich Paul.
