Chloe Sims has confirmed she will be returning to The Only Way Is Essex following the mass cast cull by ITV bosses.
It was revealed that the show would be focusing on a select number of core cast going forward, so viewers could explore more of their personal passions and careers.
It was initially reported that 10 cast members would be relegated to passing background roles, and gradually stars have been coming out and sharing their thoughts on the decision as well as their goodbyes to the show.
Chloe, 38, has now spoken out and explained her continuing position within the reality hit during a Q&A on her Instagram stories.
“Are you still in the next towie x,” one fan asked.
Chloe, whose sisters Frankie and Demi Sims are also involved in the programme, admitted she’d had a barrage of queries asking if she was returning.
“Lots of questions about this.. yes I’m still filming towie no plans to leave,” she confirmed.
“Wishing the departing cast good luck with their futures & looking forward to filming the new series next month.”

Chloe has been a part of the Essex-based reality series since 2011.
The star quickly became a favourite so fans will be relieved to learn she’s returning.
As reports came out about ITV’s major shake-up at TOWIE, a source told The Sun: “With an ever-growing cast of characters it was becoming hard to give the audience any real insight into the lives of those involved.
“Producers want the show to go back to how it used to be at the start where the audience saw much more of each character’s backstory and what they get up to.

“The bigger the cast, the less screen time each gets. They want to flip that round again and give less more.”
The insider went on to say while it was “upsetting” some big names would be let go, producers felt it was the “right time” to make a big change.
“Those who have been told they won’t be returning as regulars will be given support in the future as they have done with previous cast members who have moved on,” the source added.
