The Grand Tour and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? presenter, Jeremy Clarkson, 60, has mocked a report about award-winning actress and Killing Eve lead Jodie Comer, 27, on social media. The star posted a picture of an article concerning the star’s complexion, before captioning it “I haven’t”, when it claimed that many wonder how she achieves her “flawless skin”.

The shot of the car fanatic’s newspaper read: “Since she shot to fame as seductive assassin Villanelle in hit BBC drama Killing Eve, many have wondered how Jodie Comer achieves such flawless skin.”

Jeremy cheekily captioned the picture: “I haven’t”, with TV presenter Julia Bradbury chiming in and agreeing with the former Top Gear host.

The excerpt Jeremy shared with his 3.2 million Instagram followers goes on to reveal the actress’s secrets to her “flawless skin”.

It continued: “Now, she’s [Jodie’s] revealed her secret: ELEVEN hours’ sleep.

“‘At the minute, I’ve been asleep at 8.30pm and getting up at 7am, which is so unheard of,’ says the 27-year-old actress. ‘It’s, like, 11 hours.'”

The Daily Mail article went on to reveal that the award-winning actress moved back to her hometown of Liverpool last year with her beau, James Burke, a 26-year-old American lacrosse player.

“If I’m working, I’ll usually get up about 4am and sneak in a workout.”

“She adds: ‘I’m a bit of a basic b**** when it comes to my breakfast. I like avocado toast with a poached egg. I hate myself for it.'”

Clarkson’s followers were quick to echo his thoughts about the Killing Eve star.

One wrote: “Me neither”, followed by two laughing faces, while another simply added: “Who is she?”

One of Jeremy’s followers also wasn’t familiar with the actress and asked: “Who’s Jodie Comer?”

Further down the comments, another social media user revealed that they often wonder how one of Jeremy’s co-stars achieves his “flawless” hair.

They commented: “How does [Richard] Hammond have flawless hair?” along with a thinking face emoji.

However, this sparked an argument in the comments about the features of The Grand Tour cast.

One hit back: “No, it’s [James] May who has the flawless hair”, while another added: “Hammond has the flawless teeth.”

Jeremy’s jibe comes just days after he launched a tirade against those who toppled the statues of British historical figures during the Black Lives Matter protests.

Last year slave trader and charity mogul Edward Colston’s statue was thrown into the harbour in Bristol.

In his column for The Times, the former Top Gear presenter wrote: “I guess that muddle-headed lefties really don’t like the idea that for nearly a hundred years, and at vast expense, the country that they hate waged easily the most morally just war of all time.”

The outspoken TV star’s comments come as a summit to “defend our history” begins this week, attended by 25 of the country’s leading heritage bodies.
