Love Island winners, Millie Court and Liam Reardon, hiked up Pen Y Fan in Wales on Thursday morning to watch the sunrise at the summit.

The reality-stars set off at 4.30am to climb the highest mountain in South Wales, near Liam’s hometown.

They shared snaps from their romantic walk on their Instagram revealing breath-taking views from the peak of the striking morning sky.

On her Instagram stories, 24 year old Millie explained: "So we got up at 4.30 this morning to catch the sunrise at the peak of Pen y Fan and this is what we saw.”

Millie then posted a photo of the peaceful sky at the peak and added: “Never did I think he’d be able to convince me to hike up a mountain and drag me out of bed that early in the morning but there’s a first for everything and it made me so happy to experience that with you.”

Before adding a final video of Liam laughing back at her saying: “Back home to bed for a bit now me thinks!”

The cold, early start didn’t stop the duo from looking effortless. Millie layered up with a classic black hoodie and hot orange waterproof and cosy snood, as Liam kept it simple with a grey hoodie and black joggers. Both appeared fresh-faced with glowing skin in the early light.

The couple looked the part with their matching hiking boots, while they undertook their extensive walk. Even so, Millie had shared her distaste for the unflattering but practical footwear when Liam gave them to her for a countryside walk the day before.

She said: “Liam is taking me on a hike. Is it a hike or a walk? A long walk and he’s making me wear these boots. What are those?”

Millie and Liam have documented all their Welsh adventures for their 1.8 million and 1 million Instagram followers respectively.

Liam posted a selection of photos from their trip and said: “Back to what I love doing, only now with my sidekick. Didn’t think I’d get her up at 4.30am and to the top but she made it. Great to be back home showing Millie around Wales.”

Fans are convinced that the couples time with Liam’s family, exploring his local area is proof the duo are closer than ever after winning the hit ITV show.

The former brick layer joined Love Island on 30 June and wasn't long before he set his sights on Millie and they quickly became one of the most beloved couples on the show.

The couple have been official since the show’s finale on 23 August when Liam asked Millie to be his girlfriend.
