Peter Andre shares kids reaction to him becoming a dad again at 50

Peter Andre said his four children are “extremely happy” with the news he and wife Emily have another baby on the way.

The couple were inundated with congratulatory messages after making their announcement on Instagram last week, and now he’s spoken of their family’s reaction.

In his OK! Magazine column, he said: “I have been asked this question so many times over the last few years – will Emily and I have any more children? Well, last week we proudly announced that we are indeed expecting another child.

“We are both so excited, as are all the children, and as a family we are extremely happy.

“Thank you for all the lovely messages so far. We will keep you posted!”

Alongside the picture, he wrote: “We are delighted to share the news with you all.

“A new addition to our family in 2024. The kids are so excited. So are we.”

Peter and Emily are already parents to daughter Amelia, nine, and son Theo, six, who they keep away from the public eye.

The GB News host also has two other children with ex-wife Katie Price, 18-year-old Junior and Princess, 16.

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker discussed potentially having another baby with Emily, who is a doctor, back in July.

Speaking on Vicky Pattison’s The Secret To podcast he said: “Children… I was like, when I get to 50 I’m done and then I find myself having conversations with [Emily] going, ‘Yeah you know, if we did have another child, where would we put Junior?'”

He went on to say: “I can’t even believe we have those conversations and that makes me think that I just don’t know, it’s just one of those things.

“It’s just weird that we even have those conversations, so I don’t know.”

Finishing the chat, he said the decision would be down to his wife of nine years.

The couple tied the knot at a lavish ceremony at Mamhead House and Castle in Devon back in 2015.

He met his now wife after her father, who is also a doctor, treated him when he was ill.
