Wood Wood Serves Timeless Silhouettes for their FW21 Collection

For the Fall/Winter 2021 season, Wood Wood presented classic silhouettes with the occasional imaginative graphic pattern. Aside from offering clean cut pieces, the brand remained true to its core of visual experimentation.

Jacquard patterns are placed throughout the entire collection, offering a sophisticated approach to playfulness. One of the eye-catching motifs is a raised sun artwork that is featured all over a deep blue sweater vest. The same illustrative motif appears on a gender-neutral cardigan, which is paired with pearl buttons. The jacquard technique extends to a number of other collection offerings, including overshirts and a women’s skirt.

Beyond the jacquard patterns, the collection also incorporated a relaxed sportswear aesthetic for both menswear and womenswear. The offering featured a black and white varsity jacket with red detailing and appliqué lettering, referencing both collegiate style and previous Wood Wood collections. Additionally, Wood Wood presented vibrant wool suits in a number of soft custom check patterns. Alongside the wool suits are dual-toned two-pieces cut from twill, which are an homage to classic workwear.

Specifically for women, the collection introduced a number of floral silk shirts, a two-piece twill blazer and a mini skirt for easygoing and refined femininity. The highlight of the women’s offerings is a dark teal knee-length leather coat — a perfect example of Wood Wood’s classic aesthetic.

The first delivery of the FW21 collection will be available in-store and at Wood Wood’s website on July 29.
