SUPERMARKETS including Sainsbury's and M&S have recalled products due to allergy fears.
Many of the recalled meals have errors on the label, which means important allergens have been left off.
Others have the wrong best before date on the label.
When something is recalled, you can return it to the store for a full refund.
Usually you won't need your receipt to get your money back.
