Just Eat website and app down leaving customers unable to order | The Sun

JUST Eat's website and app has gone down, leaving hundreds of customers unable to process their orders.

According to Downdetector, there were 485 reported issues relating to the food company as of 11.34am this morning.

Just under 70% of the issues were involving the website, while 25% of customers were struggling at the check-out page.

Seven per cent were having problems with the app.

The majority of the issues are stemming from London customers.

However, as of 12.11pm there were just four reports of issues coming in.

Just Eat has been approached for comment.

Customers have gone online to share their frustration at the outage.

One said: "Seeing cloudflare dns error page when trying to get to website right now."

Another said: "I'm having this same issue as well. It only happens on Google Chrome, though. I was able to access the website just fine using… *shudder*… Edge, of all things."

While one customer simply said: "Who killed JustEatUK in time for lunch?"

Has Just Eat experienced outages before?

This isn't the first time Just Eat has had problems with its website and app going down.

In February, hundreds of customers were hit by an outage, although the problem was quickly resolved.

Customers were left unable to place new orders or track their food deliveries.
