Megan McKenna stuns with naturally lovely freckles and beachy hair on Maldives holiday
Former TOWIE star Megan McKenna is in full holiday mode right now, enjoying some time away on the beaches of the Maldives.
Sharing a few snaps from her paradise retreat, the 29 year old is truly glowing – showing off her sun-kissed complexion with natural freckles and beachy waved hair.
The makeup-free photos are a real move away from the glamorous looks we’re used to seeing Megan with, which she captioned, “Sucker for a sunset”.
It’s no surprise that many of the star’s 2.3 million followers took to the comments section of the post to compliment her on her more natural holiday glam.
"You look naturally lovely in these," one fan enthused, while another added, "Your freckles are like the cutest".
Meanwhile a third fan added, "Your hair looks amazing wavy" as a fourth agreed with, "You look so beautiful and natural, absolute beaut".
Former Love Island star Laura Anderson also praised Megan’s freckles, while former Ex on the Beach star Charlotte Dawson and model Ruby Mae also dropped emojis in the comments section.
Megan’s bare faced snaps come shortly after the star appeared to get a hair makeover before jetting off for her island holiday. In some of her Instagram posts from the Maldives the star’s hair looks different compared to the cooler shade we’d got used to seeing her with, and appears to have ditched the help of any hair extensions for her trip.
Appearing with several casual updos for nights out on the beach, including a 90s pigtail hairstyle that’s very reminiscent of Baby Spice, there’s no denying that Megan’s hair is a much lighter and brighter shade of blonde than before her vaycay.
“Love the hair colour,” one fan commented under a snap of the star in full beach glam.
“Love your hair that blonde,” said another, while a third chimed in with, “You look like a movie star!”
Oh to be in the Maldives right now. We bet Megan doesn’t want to come home…
