Scott Sartiano enlisted to create 3 new hotspots at Park Lane Hotel

Hospitality magnate Scott Sartiano has been enlisted to conceptualize three new food and beverage venues at the newly renovated Park Lane Hotel New York, Page Six is told.

Located on Billionaire’s Row, the completely reimagined hotel will feature the only rooftop experience on Central Park South.

The exclusive rooftop cocktail bar, located on the hotel’s 47th floor, will serve up light fare against the backdrop of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline, we’re told.

The Park Lane Hotel also features an 80-seat lobby bar with an outdoor terrace and an intimate restaurant on the hotel’s second floor.

Hospitality management company Highgate brought in the Sartiano Group founder after his most recent success with Zero Bond, Manhattan’s A-list private members club.

Inspired by the glamour and sophistication of Annabel’s London, Zero Bond members already include Liev Schreiber, Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady, Zac Posen, David Lee, Caroline Wozniacki and more.

Sartiano is also known for co-founding nightlife hotspots 1Oak, Up & Down and fast-casual chain Broken Coconut.
