Love Islands Paige and Adam hit back at split rumours and cosy up at reunion

Paige Thorne and Adam Collard looked closer than ever as they headed to the Love Island reunion show on Thursday evening.

There has been rumour that the couple have split just one week after leaving the infamous villa but Adam shut them down yesterday saying that they are still together.

The two were then spotted cosying up at the prerecording for the reunion show that will air on Sunday evening.

Paige looked absolutely stunning while she donned a classic black blazer and had her hair scrapped back into a tight ponytail.

Adam was wearing a crisp white shirt and the two teased each other as Paige echoed one of her trademark "hunnybun" comments before Adam mocked her by copying her head wobble.

On Wednesday (August 3) the Geordie hunk took to his Instagram to confirm that he was still with the brunette beauty.

He post a topless photo of himself and although he captioned the post "Don't call it a comeback" without making any reference to Paige, he took the time to respond to a question by one user who asked: "Are you and Paige still together?"

Putting the rumours to bed, he joked: "I bloody hope so since I'm seeing her tomorrow.

"Course we are, I can't wait just family comes first x."

This comes after it has been reported that Jacques O'Neill would be absent from the reunion party in a bid to avoid a run in with Paige.

The rugby player, 23, stunned fans when he quit the villa due to mental health concerns following Casa Amor, which stirred up trouble in his romance with the Welsh paramedic.

The tear-jerking scenes saw Jacques break down in tears as he told Paige he was unable to stay in the villa but would wait for her on the outside.

But the star was likely left further heartbroken after Paige was seen recoupling with bombshell Adam Collard, who she remained with for the rest of the series.

Since the show ended and all the contestants returned to the UK, the two have yet to see each other, however, the official Love Island party, which took place yesterday (August 4) would have offered a chance for the two to reunite.

Love Island: The Reunion airs at 9pm on Sunday (August 7) on ITV.
