Channel 4 viewers beg for lockdown to end after It’s A Sin’s sex scene montage

Channel 4 viewers have been left looking forward to the end of lockdown after watching a sex scene montage on It's A Sin.

The new Russell T Davies series follows different 18-year-olds who move to London in the early 1980s, before their lives are turned upside down by the AIDS crisis.

In the first episode, Olly Alexander's character Ritchie Tozer was seen enjoying himself after moving to the capital city and exploring his sexuality for the first time properly.

Ritchie was seen romping with a number of different men, before another scene saw him walking through a bar to get to his friend, saying to hello to everyone he'd slept with.

And viewers have joked they can't wait for the end of lockdown, so they can have those sorts of experiences again.

One tweeted: "Thanks to It's A Sin I'm not sure what I miss more right now, a night out or sex. Ideally the former followed by the latter."

Another wrote: "The sex scene with Ritchie is how we are all going to be when lockdown is lifted properly and the pubs/bars/clubs open again."

A third said: "This is making me miss going out dancing all the more."

Someone else joked: "How I'm trying to be after lockdown."

While a fifth added: "I think I speak for all the queers in lockdown right now, when I say we all wanted to be Olly Alexander right there."
