JAMES 'Arg' Argent has revealed he's found love after losing 14 stone.

The 34-year-old looks happier than ever after his weight loss journey – and is making plans for more surgery

Arg struggled with his weight after getting clean last year.

But after getting a gastric band when he was warned by docs he could die, Arg has got his life back on track.

He's even fallen for someone he met while wedding singing in Mykonos.

"As the weight drops down you start feeling fitter, healthier and I promise you now it's the best thing I've ever done," said Arg.

"If anyone says to me now, 'do you have any regrets?', the only regret I've got is that I didn't do it sooner.

"I've been quite fortunate. I haven't suffered too badlywith excess skin, but around the stomach area there is a bit of excess skin. I'm quite self-conscious in my swim shorts.

"That is something I'm going to have to address, but it's not too bad. It's minimal."

"I think I've finally come to a point where I'm truly confident with myself. I do genuinely love myself now.

"I'm strong, physically and mentally, so I think I am ready to meet someone. Now I can look after myself, I'm ready to look after someone else."

Quizzed by host Lorraine Kelly on whether that meant he was dating, Arg said: "I did meet someone nice actually.
