Katie Price and Peter Andre's daughter Princess gets music scholarship as she follows in his footsteps

KATIE Price and Peter Andre's daughter Princess has won a music scholarship and hopes to become a singer one day.

Proud dad Peter, 48, couldn't hide his excitement as he revealed his 13-year-old daughter will follow in his footsteps and pursue a career in music.

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker told OK! Magazine: "She’s worked really hard and now that she’s got a music scholarship at her school for next year she’ll thrive.

"I’m really proud of her."

Peter and Katie, 42, got divorced in 2009 and also share son Junior Andre, who turned 16 years old on Sunday.

Peter now has a second son Theo, four, and another daughter Amelia, seven, with wife Emily MacDonagh.

He often shares videos of his eldest kids singing and rapping.

The father-daughter duo recently harmonised perfectly as they spent quality time together doing what they love.

Posting the video on Instagram, the dad-of-four captioned it: "When dad's cooking and she hits the big note…."

And he couldn't help but join in with the Leonard Cohen cover by Alexandra Burke, which looked to bring a tear to Princess's eye – before she quickly turned the camera off.

The moving moment touched fans – including 47-year-old Pete's celebrity friends.

Vicky Pattison said: "Oh my… This brought tears to my eyes."

X Factor star Fleur East added: "So beautiful."

It's not the first time Princess has impressed fans with her singing talents.

Her dad shared an incredible video showing how he was blown away by his daughter's vocals as she sang Bruno Mars's When I Was Your Man.
