Jesy quit Little Mix in December revealing that nine years in the band "took a toll on her mental health".

She said she wouldn't be returning after taking "extended time off" from the group.

"I find the constant pressure of being in a girl group and living up to expectations very hard," she told fans.

But leaving the group does not mean Jesy has quit music entirely and has been busy making new music herself.

The Sun revealed Jesy has teamed up with Hanni Ibrahim who helped pen her former band's 2018 album LM5 and producer Patrick Jordan-Patrikios.

Jesy's not the only signing deals outside of Little Mix, with Leigh-Anne signing a new deal with a PR agency has insisted she will continue her "commitments" with Little Mix.

Leigh-Anne signed the new deal with entertainment company Satellite 414, just three months after bandmate Jesy announced she was leaving the Power hitmakers.

Announcing the news on Twitter, Satellite 414 said: "Huge welcome to Leigh-Anne Pinnock as she joins our SATELLITE414 and Satellite Screen rosters for solo projects across Music, Film and TV."

TaP management company, the team behind Dua Lipa, Ellie Goulding, Lana Del Rey and Hailee Steinfeld, will be managing Leigh-Anne.

Leigh-Anne revealed she's "incredibly excited" to work on new projects, but promised fans she isn't leaving Little Mix.

She said: "This is such an incredibly exciting time for me and my career. I can’t wait to show everyone what I’ve got coming up. I will continue to work on my solo endeavours alongside my Little Mix commitments."
