Love Island's stomach-churning food spitting game returns as Islanders transfer a whole roast dinner using their mouths

The aim of the game is for the boys to pass the entire contents of a Sunday roast in record time to the girls – who then have to regurgitate it back onto a plate.

The winners will be the couple who present the most complete plate of food at the end of the challenge.
The gut-churning fun begins when Millie Court, 24, gets a text.
She reads: “Islanders. Get ready to make a meal of it in today’s couples challenge Spit the Roast. #meatandtwoveg #itsallgravy”
The first round sees the boys throwing pieces of meat for the girls to catch.
In the second round the boys pass the vegetables and gravy to the girls using only their mouths.
