Yewande slams ‘liar’ Arabella as she reveals why it will never work with Danny
**This article contains spoilers for tonight’s Love Island**
Yewande Biala has slammed the actions of Arabella Chi as she made her exit from the Love Island villa tonight, having been dumped by Danny Williams in tonight’s recoupling ceremony.
A lot of drama went down what with the whole palaver between Maura Higgins and Tom Walker, but tonight we still had the added tension of a recoupling ceremony.
The scientist Yewande had a connection with Danny, however that went balls up when Arabella entered the house and selected the model for a date.
A date that went pretty well, if we do say so ourselves.
After that, Danny was caught between the two women now vying for his attention, but didn’t play his cards right which ended in a heated argument with his previous paramour in Sunday night’s episode.
Angers fumed after Danny told her before Arabella’s slow-motion entrance that his head wouldn’t be turned.
But it was. And Yewande was dumped and is the latest islander to leave the villa.
Now following her exit, she believes Danny and Arabella could ‘maybe’ have a future, but not really.
To her, it all depends if another bombshell comes in – now knowing Danny’s head-turning capabilities.
‘A bombshell coming in, it’s very hard and it’s difficult to know their intentions,’ she said as she made her exit, before she called BS on Arabella’s previous comments saying she didn’t know who she had her eye on.
‘I hate it when a bombshell comes in saying “I want to get to know everyone”, because that is a lie. You know who you’re going for,’ Yewande continued, citing the difficulties they’ll face if they enter a relationship.
‘She knew she wanted Danny. I feel like if he does get to know her, it’s not going to work. There are so many factors – they’re so different, and the age gap.
‘You have to be realistic. He’s just starting his life – he’s only 21. They are in two different phases of their lives. In the villa, it’s very easy to forget.’
Still, she wouldn’t do anything differently if she had her time again, adding: ‘I really believe that everything happens for a reason and I wouldn’t change anything. If I did, I wouldn’t know the outcome and I wouldn’t know if it would be any better or worse.’
Tonight’s recoupling ceremony saw Curtis, Tommy and Michael continue to go strong with Amy, Molly Mae and Amber, while Jordan and Anna are now a thing as well.
Following the absolute hellish situation between Tom and Maura, they coupled up.
So at least the fireworks have a chance of continuing in the house and for us at home.
Love Island continues 9pm on ITV2.
