Olivia Frazer has announced the sad passing of her beloved nan, just days after her great uncle, her nan's twin brother, also passed away.<\/p>\n

The Married At First Sight Australia star, 29, shared the tragic news on her Instagram Story, where she wrote: "You couldn't write this stuff. <\/p>\n

"My beautiful Nanna, Jill, has followed her twin brother, Jack, to the other side within two days. The 'twin thing' was a reoccurrence throughout their whole lives, so it seems fitting here.<\/p>\n

"My beautiful nanna was an extremely kind, intelligent, and gentle woman. She never had a bad word to say about anyone."<\/p>\n

Olivia continued: "She carried herself as gracefully as she could throughout her life and she had tremendous love for our family. It was a privilege being her granddaughter and our whole family is going to miss her so much [white heart emoji]"<\/p>\n

She followed this with a clip of herself, her nan, and another female relative doing shots at Christmas, to which she added the text: "She's an icon [angle emoji] [white heart emoji]"<\/p>\n

And posting to her Instagram grid, Olivia shared a black-and-white photo of her nan and great uncle, which she captioned: "Our beautiful twins Jack & Jill.<\/p>\n

"Nanna and Uncle Jack came into the world together and left peacefully together less than two days apart this week [white heart emoji]"<\/p>\n

"Both so kind and gentle. And both huge parts of my life [two angel emojis] Twinning until the end [white heart emoji]"<\/p>\n

Fans were quick to offer the TV star messages of condolences, with one writing: "Wow! Talk about two hearts connected. While I\u2019m sorry for your loss, it\u2019s beautiful that they went to dwell in the house of our Lord together"<\/p>\n

"So sorry for your loss Olivia condolences too all your family thinking of you all [prayer hands emoji]" added another.<\/p>\n

While a third penned: "Sorry to hear Liv. How amazing that they went so close together. Love and hugs to you all [heart emoji"<\/p>\n

It comes after Olivia revealed how she had moved to Scotland for a man, only for it to turn out he had a secret girlfriend the entire time.<\/p>\n

The star, who had vowed never to return to her home country Australia, told Yahoo! Lifestyle: "We spoke almost every day since we met at the start of the year and he told me he wanted me to meet his son once I got back to Scotland.<\/p>\n

"He told me he wanted to give things a real go between us and made me feel so wanted after everything I'd been through after MAFS \u2013 but it was all lies."<\/p>\n

After being left stranded in the country, she recalled: "A lady in a pub then approached me and asked if I was still seeing him. I told her 'ah that's a bit complicated' and she said, 'Don't. He has a girlfriend. Has had a girlfriend the whole time.'"<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
