affair with a much younger male colleague at This Morning. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/SJ_NTAJPG-JS842836538.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/GettyImages-1061228288jpg-JS819604464.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Alamy_Live_The_National_Television_Awards_2023_1_2RPYA6Tjpg-JS842771034-1.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday evening Phil&#x27;s former co-host Holly Willoughby attended the NTAs without him as the show lost out on Best Daytime TV for the first time in 12 years. <\/p>\n<p>But Phil managed to pop up during a tribute to the late Paul O&#x27;Grady.<\/p>\n<p>As the show paid tribute to Paul, who passed away in March, an image of Phil at a previously ceremony flashed up on screen during a clip of the comedian winning an award. <\/p>\n<p>Last night Holly, 42, took a subtle swipe at her former friend and colleague &#8211; year for This Morning.<\/p>\n<p>She said: &quot;If I am really honest, it has been up and down.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;It has been a difficult year for everybody but what\u2019s lovely is you find that people rally around you and the goodwill is there.<\/p>\n<p>The mum-of-three also posted a\u00a0telling comment about &quot;releasing negativity&quot;
