Jonnie Irwin has melted hearts with his latest update after revealing he \u2018hasn\u2019t been feeling great.\u2019<\/p>\n
The A Place in the Sun presenter, 49, revealed last November that he had terminal cancer, with a tumour in his lung spreading to his brain.<\/p>\n
Jonnie has since shared the highs and lows of his life and documented his treatment, but his three young sons remain unaware of his disease as he didn\u2019t want to \u2018confuse\u2019 them.<\/p>\n
In his latest update, Jonnie has admitted to struggling this past week.<\/p>\n
He took to Instagram to share a series of adorable snaps, taking his little ones to a monster truck show.<\/p>\n
The TV star shares Rex, four, and two-year-old twins Rafa and Cormac with wife Jess.<\/p>\n

\u2018Been pretty unwell this past week but felt better this morning so headed off to watch some Monster trucks,\u2019 he wrote in the caption.<\/p>\n
\u2018Kids loved it, got soaked in the rain, quick change when we got home to go again at a Christening party. Full on Sunday,\u2019 Jonnie added.<\/p>\n
The first picture showed one of his sons on his shoulders, while he also included a clip of them watching the trucks in complete awe.<\/p>\n
In a third photo, Jonnie posed with an arm around Jess, holding a drink in his other hand.<\/p>\n
As the property expert makes the most of his final moments, he certainly has the full support of his fans.<\/p>\n

Jonnie has spent lots of quality time with his family over the summer, having taken a staycation to fully unwind and relax.<\/p>\n
Following what he described as the \u2018best\u2019 getaway, there was an emotional milestone around the corner, as eldest Rex started primary school.<\/p>\n

Sharing the most precious snap of Rex looking very smart in his uniform, Jonnie wrote in the caption that he is \u2018so proud of him I could burst.\u2019<\/p>\n
The Escape to the Country star has publicly shared that he doesn\u2019t know how long he has left to live.<\/p>\n
He was previously told by professionals that they weren\u2019t expecting him to see in 2023.<\/p>\n
When asked back in July what advice he would give people in his position, he told BBC\u00a0One\u2019s Morning Live: \u2018First of all, embrace it.\u2019<\/p>\n
Jonnie then chatted about his experience of receiving palliative care.<\/p>\n
\u2018I implore people to check out the hospice \u2013 if you\u2019ve got the choice of using it, then use it,\u2019 he stated.<\/p>\n

Doctor and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Dr Ranj Singh was also on Morning Live, stressing that he believes \u2018we need to reframe how people think\u2019 of palliative care.<\/p>\n
\u2018You have a right to a choice of a hospice if you so wish, I would encourage people to at least explore that option,\u2019 Jonnie added.<\/p>\n
