Millie Bobby Brown<\/strong> is opening up about planning her wedding!<\/p>\n

The 19-year-old actress and her 21-year-old beau Jake Bongiovi<\/strong> got engaged earlier this year, nearly two years after they were first spotted together in NYC.<\/p>\n

During an appearance on Good Morning America<\/em> on Thursday (September 14) to promote her new book “Nineteen Steps,” Millie<\/strong> was asked about wedding planning.<\/p>\n

“Really, really exciting. It’s such an amazing part of my life so far, and just being able to do it with someone makes it even better,” she dished.<\/p>\n

She was even gifted a new cheese board with their initials (and the GMA<\/em> logo) on it!<\/p>\n

Also during the interview, Millie<\/strong> was asked if the American soldier in her book is based on or inspired by Jake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“I was developing ‘Nineteen Steps’ before I actually met Jake<\/strong>,” she added. “So, the American soldier is an idea that came along far beyond Jake<\/strong>, but Jake<\/strong> is of course the American in my life.”<\/p>\n

If you didn’t know, “Nineteen Steps” is inspired by true events and her family’s history. She has mentioned that she spent a lot of time listening to stories from her grandmother for inspiration.<\/p>\n
