Meredith Hutson, 28, from Texas, has\u00a0nearly 673,000 followers on\u00a0TikTok, where she opens up about her incredible physical transformation after going from 256 pounds to 136 pounds in two years.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a recent video, she explained that people are constantly asking her: ‘Meredith, what did you eat to lose 120 pounds? What was it that you were eating?’<\/p>\n
She couldn’t help but laugh at the question as she dug into one of her go-to meals.\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘Listen, would you eat what I would eat?’ she asked. ‘Because right now I’m eating ground beef.’\u00a0<\/p>\n
The weight loss coach explained that her bowl was filled with eight ounces of ground beef and half a can of black beans sprinkled with cheese \u2014 that was it.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Hutson noted that she had been eating the high-protein meal every day, but she wasn’t sure others would be a fan.\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘Would you eat that?’ she asked. ‘Like I’m actually really curious.\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘Not only am I eating this, but I’ve eaten this every single day for like a good solid two weeks. I like it, but it isn’t extravagant by any means.’<\/p>\n
Hutson’s video has been viewed more than 1.8 million times and has received nearly 3,500 comments since it was posted.\u00a0<\/p>\n
