The ITV2 beauty, 29, opted for a strapless satin maxi gown paired with open-toe sandals and a white fluffy bag.<\/p>\n

Ekin showed her natural beauty with minimal make-up bar a pop of red lipstick, with her long brunette hair tied into a low ponytail.<\/p>\n
The Love Island 2022 favourite was accompanied with her show partner Davide Sanclimente, 28 – with the couple giving things another go after their unexpected split this year.<\/p>\n
The Italian businessman looked suave in a black suit, matched with an open-neck white shirt.<\/p>\n
He flashed a huge smile as he wrapped his arm around the Turkish actress.<\/p>\n

Later on in the evening, he showed his playful side as he carried the beauty out of the Camden, London, venue.<\/p>\n
Back in August, Davide\u00a0confirmed\u00a0he was back with Ekin-Su\u00a0as he treated his ex on her birthday.<\/p>\n
The couple jetted to Turkey to enjoy a special dinner together to mark her special day.<\/p>\n
In his Instagram caption, he wrote: \u201cDespite all the storms, I wanted to make this day special for you\u2026<\/p>\n
