The show is broadcast live every weekday from the Channel 4 studio in Leeds.<\/p>\n

Steph's Packed Lunch has been a staple of lunchtime viewing since it kicked off in 2020.<\/p>\n
The show runs weekdays on Channel 4, so don't forget to tune in Monday to Fridays.<\/p>\n
Fans of the show get their fix of lunchtime fun from 12pm.<\/p>\n

Stephanie McGovern is an English\u00a0journalist\u00a0and\u00a0television presenter from Middlesborough, who was born on May 31, 1982.<\/p>\n She started her career at the BBC and shot to fame when she became the main business presenter for BBC Breakfast – and often co-hosted the entire programme.<\/p>\n Steph left the BBC in 2019 and made the move to Channel 4 – where she's now the face of Steph's Packed Lunch.<\/p>\n Steph has also presented Shop Well For Less, Easy Ways To Live Well and Watchdog.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Today's episode of Steph's Packed Lunch (September 29, 2023) will see a number of star guests take to the studio to talk to Steph.<\/p>\n Today's guests include:<\/p>\n If you've been a fan of Steph's Packed Lunch from the beginning – then you will know the show started off with a completely different name.<\/p>\n In late 2019, Channel 4 announced that a new live daytime programme presented by McGovern called\u00a0The Steph Show\u00a0had been commissioned.<\/p>\n On March 30, 2020 – the new show aired for the first time from the specially built studio overlooking Leeds Docks, just one week into the coronavirus lockdown.<\/p>\n Due to the restrictions during the pandemic The Steph Show started broadcasting from the presenter's home – however, this caused logistical problems and it was announced that the show would be taken off air for a while.<\/p>\n When the lunchtime show returned in September 2020,it came back with a new name – Steph's Packed Lunch.<\/p>\n![](\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/COMP-SKC-STEPH-MCG.jpg\")
