Will&#8217;s oldest son Trey, 30 (L) &#8211; whom he shares with ex Sheree Zampino &#8211; still appears to be living with him in Calabasas; seen in 2022<\/p>\n<p>The property is not in their name, but instead a trust, with the trustees being Jada&#8217;s mom Adrienna Banfield Norris and Michelle Morton, a top finance expert.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The pair already had a five bedroom and six bathroom home in the area, which they bought in April of 2003, for $3.4M.<\/p>\n<p>In 2017 it was reported that Jaden moved into the property, at 18.<\/p>\n<p>The property has two mortgages on it, both in trusts that are linked to Will and Jada.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One mortgage from 2011 is for $955,000, and it was followed by a home loan in October of last year, for $1,350,000, bringing it up to a total of $2,305,000 in loans.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Just like Jaden, the pair&#8217;s daughter Willow moved into a property they purchased. Will&#8217;s getting old.
