and economic losses.<\/p>\n<p>The suit seeks unspecified money damages from Brand on grounds of assault, battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress.<\/p>\n<p>Warner Bros Pictures, which distributed Arthur was also named as a defendant &#8211;
