BBC BREAKFAST was dramatically pulled off air this morning as the studio was evacuated in a fire alert.<\/p>\n

The flagship programme suddenly disappeared from screens in the middle of a news report.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty had been presenting from the iconic red sofa.<\/p>\n

They crossed live to Bristol as BBC Breakfast marked 20 years since Concorde's final ever flight.<\/p>\n

But as their reporter toured the iconic aircraft and a VT played from its final flight, the show cutaway and crashed into BBC News.<\/p>\n

Viewers at home were left puzzled by the move as Charlie and Naga were nowhere to be seen.<\/p>\n

Both presenters, as well as BBC Breakfast crew, were evacuated from their studio due to a fire alert.<\/p>\n

After 15 minutes the show came back on air as Naga, 48, explained what had happened.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

She told viewers: "You're returning to BBC Breakfast. <\/p>\n

"Apologies, we had an evacuation in the building but we are back now with you."<\/p>\n

Fans took to social media to comment on the incident and expressed worry for both stars.<\/p>\n

One said: "Hope everyone in #BBCBreakfast studio is ok and it\u2019s just a technical glitch."<\/p>\n

A second posted: "What's happened to BBC Breakfast? We have BBC News on?"<\/p>\n

"#BBCBreakfast where have you gone," said a third.<\/p>\n

The evacuation came a day after Naga and Charlie were interrupted as "invaders" gate-crashed the studio.<\/p>\n

The Sun has contacted the Beeb for comment.<\/p>\n

BBC Breakfast airs daily on BBC One and iPlayer.<\/p>\n
