Strictly: Luba fights back tears as she pays tribute to Adam
Strictly Come Dancing professional Luba Mushtuk fought back tears after she and Adam Thomas were eliminated from the contest, as fans lamented the decision to send them packing.
During Sunday evening’s results show, Adam became the latest celebrity to be given the boot from the BBC dance competition, after being in the dance-off with Angela Rippon.
But there has been a lot of debate online as to whether the judges made the right call, as some fans were quick to condemn their decision.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one disgruntled fan penned: “I’m sorry, but Adam ate Angela up in the dance-off. He was so much better. Robbed!”
Echoing their comments, someone else said: “Sorry, but everything could see Adam performed much better in the dance-off. This feels so wrong.”
While a third added: “Have to say on the dance-off, it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. I think, once again, this judgement was based on popularity.”
