A lot of the updates come as her children hit milestones, and one of them came in June when her daughter Alaia-Mai was about to go on a school trip for a number of nights.

She told her followers: "Home and just finished packing Alaia's case, she's off on her first-ever residential school trip tomorrow morning until Friday afternoon. No contact, I'm not okay."

To help her daughter cope with being away from home, Rochelle had written a couple of notes that she could open if she started to feel homesick.
