“EarthxTV programming not only sheds light on the challenges we confront but also underscores the magnificence of our shared planet,” said Dan Russell, CEO of EarthxTV. “Whether it’s emphasizing the significance of killer bees, spotlighting the benefits of native plants instead of manicured lawns, or offering enjoyable DIY upcycling content, our network provides a rich and varied exploration of how individuals can positively impact our world.”

Of the new orders, Kill Your Lawn Season 2 will see Joey Santore and Al Scorch travel to Chicago and Washington D.C., to convince people to kill their lawns for the sake of the planet. The eight-part series is produced by Empty Quarter Studios.

House of What?! Season 2 sees host Chris Grundy explore eclectic and sustainable homes and meets homeowners who share a love for strange, recycled, or up-cycled building materials, and is produced by AMS Pictures. Bike to Bites Season 2, from Two River Pictures, follows Garrett Bess as he bikes across the U.S. to discover sustainable meals from towns and cities’ best restaurants.

Charlie Bee Company Season 2 is a UK-only order following Texas beekeeper Charlie Agar as he rescues honeybees from desperate and dangerous situations with each painful sting. In the season, he travels across the U.S., going behind the scenes to see how other beekeepers work with and appreciate the honeybee. The series is produced by Iniosante Studios.

Indie network EarthxTV launched in 2022 and is now available in over 50 million homes in the U.S. through carriage deals with DirecTV, AT&T U-Verse, Charter’s Spectrum TV, FuboTV and a number of regional cable channels; Sky and Freeview in the U.K.; M7 in Europe; and Claro Video and TotalPlay in Mexico.

Today’s news comes almost a year to the day after the network said goodbye to co-CEO Michael Fletcher.
