Ivanka Trump celebrates her 42nd birthday in a pink mini dress – as she gets set to testify at her father’s fraud trial

  • The former White House adviser rang in her birthday on Monday, October 30
  • She took to Instagram to post photos from her celebration over the weekend
  • On Friday, Ivanka was ordered to testify at her father Donald Trump’s trial

Ivanka Trump celebrated her 42nd birthday with her family and friends over the weekend — just hours after learning she must testify in her father’s civil fraud trial.

The former White House senior adviser took to Instagram on Monday, the day of her birthday, to share photos from the dinner she held at her waterfront mansion on the exclusive Indian Creek Island in Miami.

Ivanka was all smiles as she posed next to her husband, Jared Kushner, and their three children, Arabella, Joseph, and Theodore, at the newly renovated property.

The birthday girl was dressed in a pink spaghetti-strap mini dress with open bell sleeves that were held together with rhinestone bows.

The former White House senior adviser took to Instagram to share pictures from her party, including a family photo featuring her 97-year-old maternal grandmother, Marie Zelníčková

Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, threw the bash at their newly renovated $24 million mansion located on Miami’s exclusive Indian Creek Island

She completed her look with a pair of dangly diamond earrings and strappy white stiletto sandals that put her at almost the same height as her 6-foot-3 husband.

Jared, 42, was dressed casually in a white T-shirt, khaki pants, and a pair of white Nike sneakers for the occasion.

The couple’s sons, Joseph, 10, and Theodore, 7, matched their dad in white button-up shirts, khakis, and tan loafers.

Meanwhile, 12-year-old Arabella was the spitting image of her mom in a long-sleeve olive green dress and sandals. Her brown hair was pulled back, and she was holding the family’s white dog, Winter.

The family happily posed for pictures in front of their new mansion and it’s lush landscaping before moving to the backyard.

Ivanka had a long dining room table decorated with colorful flowers and pink napkins set up in front of their pool for a night of dining al fresco.

She took pictures with both Jared and her youngest son in front of the table.

Ivanka and Jared purchased the $24 million fixer-upper on Indian Creek Island — best known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ thanks to its mega-rich residents — after moving to Florida in January 2021.

The celebrations came just a day or two after a judge ruled that Ivanka must testify at her father Donald Trump’s civil fraud case in New York

Despite the setback, the former first daughter was all smiles as she posed with her husband and their three children – Arabella, Joseph, and Theodore – and their dog

The couple spent more than a year renovating the 1.3-acre estate overlooking Biscayne Bay, which boasts six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms.

The only image that was taken inside their home features Ivanka’s 97-year-old maternal grandmother, Marie Zelníčková.

Earlier this month, she revealed that her ‘Grandma Babi’ has been living in Miami with her for a few years now.

It’s unclear who attended Ivanka’s birthday celebration over the weekend, as she only posted photos of herself with her family before the dinner party started.

‘Celebrated my birthday this weekend surrounded by friends and family,’ she wrote in the caption. ‘Here’s to another year of great memories with my favorite people!’

Ivanka also shared photos on her Instagram Stories, including snapshots of all the flowers she received on her birthday.

Friends and family paid tribute to her with their own Instagram posts, including her brother Eric Trump’s wife, Lara, and her pal Kim Kardashian.

Lara, 41, shared a picture of herself with Ivanka and her sister-in-law, Tiffany Trump, noting that all three of them have October birthdays.

Kim, 43, included a selfie that she took with Ivanka during a night out. Last week, the former first daughter flew to Los Angeles to attend the reality star’s birthday bash

‘Sending love to @ivankatrump today! (Shoutout to my other October birthday sister, @tiffanytrump),’ she wrote.

‘Love you and this hilarious pic of us,’ she captioned another picture of them working at the White House together.

Lara also shared a photo of Ivanka and Jared with her and Eric on their wedding day in November 2014.

Meanwhile, Kim, 43, posted a heartwarming snapshot of Ivanka and Arabella sitting on the floor with her and her daughter North West.

‘Happy birthday to the most thoughtful and sweetest soul @ivankatrump. Can’t wait to celebrate you asap! Our babies are so small here,’ the reality star wrote.

Just days before, Ivanka attended Kim’s 43rd birthday bash at the high-end Italian restaurant Funke in Beverley Hills, California, on Friday night.

The former first daughter was spotted leaving the LA hotspot with a smile on her face, but it quickly dropped when she saw the paparazzi outside.

Earlier that day, Ivanka was ordered to testify in the New York civil fraud case against her father, former President Donald Trump.

When asked if she was ‘afraid’ to testify at her father’s ongoing trial, she ignored the question and maintained a stony silence before sliding into her waiting car.

Ivanka’s lawyers had argued she shouldn’t have to give evidence because she left her Trump Organization job in 2017 to work with her father in the White House.

They also noted that she never returned to the family business or New York and has been residing in Florida for nearly three years.

Ivanka’s attorneys had filed a motion to quash a subpoena for her testimony in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ lawsuit against the former president, his sons Don Jr. and Eric, the Trump Organization, and some executives.

But Judge Arthur Engoron sided with the state, pointing to documents showing that Ivanka has ownership or management ties to some businesses in New York and still owns Manhattan apartments.

‘Ms. Trump has clearly availed herself of the privilege of doing business in New York,’ Engoron said.

The judge added on Monday that her testimony was being delayed until November 8 to ensure there will be enough time for her to be questioned.

The lawsuit accuses her father of overstating his wealth for years on financial statements that were given to banks, insurers and others to help secure loans and deals.

The mother of three thanked her friends and family for ‘all the birthday love’

James is seeking $250 million in penalties and a ban on Trump doing business in New York.

The former president has denied the allegations.

Ivanka was a former executive at the Trump Organization, which has been accused of fraudulently inflating asset values on financial statements given to lenders, insurers, and others.

She was dismissed as a defendant from the case in June after an appeals court found that claims against her were outside the statute of limitations

Ivanka lawyer Bennet Moskowitz told the judge on Friday that state lawyers had no legal basis to make her testify.

‘At the end of the day, your honor, they just don´t have jurisdiction over her,’ he said.

Judge Engoron also denied a request for Ivanka to give a deposition in Florida instead of testifying in New York.

Trump’s attorney Chris Kise called the subpoena ‘continued harassment of President Trump’s children.’

‘They just want another free-for-all on one of President Trump’s children,’ Kise said. ‘They want her in the courtroom so it can be filled with media and we can have another circus day.’
