BBC Casualty star Charles Venn wows fans as he flaunts shredded body in new clip

Casualty star Charles Venn has shocked fans after showing off his ripped body in a new photo.

Taking to Instagram on Monday (November 20), Charles, 49, flaunted his shredded physique as he cooled off from an intense workout session at the gym. Venn, who plays Jacob Masters on the hit BBC drama show, set pulses racing as she left nothing to the imagination.

Ditching the shirt in his Instagram story, Charles wished his followers well as he calmed himself down from a long burst of exercise. Whilst topless in the gym, he flaunted a stylish chest tattoo, leaving many of his followers hot under the collar.

He added that he was just about to do another session with his good mates and turned the camera around, as they all posed for his following. Joking around, he added: "No days off! Come on, I'll see you on the other side."

Finishing off the clip, he added in the caption of the video, "We about to go to Hell again." He also tagged BoxUp Gyms, the workout space he regularly goes to to keep himself fit and healthy.

The former Strictly star has been causing major drama for fans, after he announced that new episodes of the BBC hospital drama were being filmed. Together with his on-screen co-stars, he was seen beaming as the cast got back on set to film new instalments of the programme.

Casualty has left a huge gap in the schedule since it was last aired on a Saturday night in the middle of September. Since September 16, the show has not been airing, with no return date confirmed by BBC bosses.

After Casualty uploaded a snap of some of the cast smiling, fans have been reeling from the news, with many believing a return to the airwaves is imminent. One fan gushed over the cast: "My favourite programme; I can't wait for it to return to our screens. The actors are so brilliant and make the storylines feel real."

A second user agreed, sharing in their joy at the show's return. "I'm so happy it's coming back," he typed. "I love this brilliant programme."

Whilst a third viewer could not contain themselves, writing: "Can't wait until you are back. It's been too long!"
