BIG Brother legend Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace looked incredible last night in a plunging sheer dress.

The glamorous frock featured shimmering detailing and accentuated the reality star's bust.

The blonde stunner, 44, was out to support the Pink Ribbon Foundation's annual PINK gala dinner in London, marking the charity's 23rd anniversary in its fight against breast cancer.

It was well supported by celebrities with the likes of Christine McGuinness and Lizzie Cundy also in attendance.

After the bash, Aisleyne filmed city's impressive night skyline as she walked by the Thames.

Earlier this year, Aisleyne revealed she wanted to reduce her boob size.

After her time in the Big Brother house in 2006, Aisleyne got the largest implants legally available in the UK, increasing her bust size to a 34FF, spending more than £50,000 on procedures to achieve the hourglass figure she's always craved.

But after seeing the results of Katie Price's latest eye-popping enhancement, Aisleyne has decided to go the other way.

Speaking to new! magazine, she said: "I want to get a reduction and have natural-shaped boobs. Katie going bigger has put me off and I want to go smaller. Hers look too big.

"As I’m getting older, I’d like to look a little bit more natural – not too much, but I’m going smaller. I’m not sure what size yet, but I am thinking about it."
