Inside Mamma Mia! I Have A Dream presenter Zoe Balls stunning £1.5m Sussex home
Zoe Ball lives in a stunning £1.5 million home in Sussex, along with her two children – son Woody, 22, and daughter Nelly, 13.
The 53 year old BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show presenter, who's also on our screens hosting Mamma Mia! I Have A Dream each Sunday, moved to the Lewes property in 2020 along with her then-boyfriend Michael Reed.
As a lifelong ABBA fan, Zoe was determined to get the Mamma Mia! gig – even though it meant taking time off from her phenomenally successful radio show and leaving behind Nelly and her Gogglebox star son, Woody.
She told OK!: “I am Mamma Mia! obsessed and absolutely love ABBA, so when I got a call asking if I would be interested I was like, ‘Yes please!’”
The family's house was built by a Russian aristocrat, Baron Vladimir de Wolff, back in the 1920s and includes a swimming pool, tennis court, and several acres of land.
Back in 2021, Zoe – who appeared on ITV"s The Masked Singer as Llama – took to Instagram to share some brilliant updates with her followers, showing off beautiful patterned wallpaper and vintage furniture.
"Thrilled to have worked with the design wonders at @wmorrisandco on our living room and bedroom project," she wrote in the post. "Been in fabric and wallpaper heaven from start to finish #wmorrisandco #interiors #gifted."
Her first picture shows her master bedroom, which is decorated with a lovely dusty pink floral wallpaper. The pink is perfectly balanced by green and pink curtains, which match the bolsters on her bed.
The bedside table has a gold lamp installed above, adding a pop of colour to the grey bedhead beside it. She even has binoculars balancing on the window sill as decoration – or for a quick peek outside.
Zoe also shared a picture of her country-inspired living room, which feels welcoming with its dark blue walls and art deco style artwork.
The vintage wooden bookcase is filled with books and is just a few steps away from a dusty blue couch. Meanwhile, her marble fireplace perfectly complements the nature-inspired wallpaper.
Fans were loving her interior design tastes and took to the comment section to compliment the presenter. "Ooh that's lovely," one user wrote along with a few heart eyes emojis.
Another commented: "Looks brilliant," while another said: "Looks amazing!"
