KIM Kardashian left fans in shock when she showed off her real stomach during a coffee run in Los Angeles.
The Kardashians star, 43, flashed her "wrinkly" midriff in a white crop top and low-rise leather pants while heading to Starbucks last week.
Kim revealed a strip of her stomach in the black pants, which featured a flared leg and stripe detail along the sides.
She teamed the pants with black pointed boots and a black Hermes mini-tote.
The mother of four went makeup-free for the casual outing in Calabasas with her stylist and wore her hair scraped back in an updo.
Photos of her were shared on Reddit, where fans shared their shock at her unedited stomach.
One wrote, "Oooofff look at the weirdo belly button!" and another added: "Kim, your bellybutton is trying to escape."
A third posted: "I bet she's furious that we can see some wrinkles on her stomach."
"I don't know Kim you’re looking a little flabby here you better go visit the surg – ahem I mean gym," someone else commented.
Kim has faced plenty of plastic surgery rumors due to her changing face and body over the years.

She previously admitted to getting Botox during an interview with Allure last summer.
When asked if she'd had any work done, the Hulu star said, “A little bit of Botox,” pointing to the space between her eyebrows.
She added that she has "chilled actually."
The Skims founder then insisted she has never had lip or cheek fillers, saying: "No filler. Never filled either one, ever.
"I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips."
EYE SEE IT
Last month, Kim sparked concern with her seemingly wonky eye, which fans claimed was caused by too much Botox.
She revealed her smaller-looking left eye while attending the CFDA Awards.
Meanwhile, Kim has worried fans and friends with her drastic weight loss in the past year.
In 2022, an insider exclusively told The U.S. Sun that her inner circle thinks she has pushed herself too far.
“Kim looks amazing, always, but she’s good at keeping how stressed she is hidden,” the source said.
“She's the skinniest she's ever been and barely sleeping. Her family knows that a lot of this is her rebounding from a very controlling marriage, and her determination to show Kanye [West] how much better she is doing without him.
“But whereas before she was incredibly healthy and well-rested, now she's constantly jetlagged and she’s finding it hard to fit workouts in. I think Kim’s really struggling but won't admit it.”
